On a mission team to Ecuador, Vaughn’s receive spiritual call to move to Ec. Vaughn’s move to Quito; care for 1st child CPSN formed as legal entity Lonsdale family co-directors (2 yrs.)
1994 1996 1997-98 2000
Donation made to FHC of land & home (current location). First mission team to FHC/CPSN CPSN offices, downstairs bedrooms added on. Second mission team to FHC/CPSN Snyder family co-directors (4 yrs.) Hired first soc.wkr. Mark Yeadon joins FHC Board Mission statement adopted Began construction of Vaughn Infant home
2001 2002 2003 2004
Child Sponsorship Program started. Hired secretary (Veronica Rodriguez). Carol Wambeke joins FHC Board. Vaughn Infant home completed Faith House property purchased Hired psychologist Therapy pool built Casa Harlow kitchen remodeled. First CPSN strategic planning session. Pre-school program started
2005 2006 2007 2008
Preschool classroom built at CPSN-Q. CPSN-L opened in rented facility FHC Mission statement modified: “and advocate on their behalf…” FHC-L property purchased. Carter Newbold joins FHC Board Casa Sol bath built Construction underway on CPSN-L. Vision statement adopted. Teams this yr: 12. Architect plans drawn up for CPSN-L home Child Protection Policy adopted by CPSN. Org. Psychologist joins staff (Gabriela Salazar)
2009 2010 2011  2012
FHC-L 2nd floor construction begins. FHC-L occupies 1st floor. FHC approves revised Bylaws. CPSN approves Procedural Manual FHC/CPSN celebrate 20 years in Ecuador. Playground erected FHC-L. Brent Bourdeau retires as FHC bookkeeper and asst. Jerry Mogab assumes resp. as bookkeeper. School started at FHC-Q for children with spec. needs. 14 mission teams visit FHC. 2010-2015 Strategic Objectives adopted at annual FHC Brd. mtg. FHC welcomes new board members: John Kinard, Jorge Hidrobo, Alex Hurtado Kevin Broyles. July – Clark retires as FHC co-CEO. New FHC/CPSN video filmed. 13 teams visit FHC. Second floor completed at FHC-L
