| FHC-L 2nd floor construction begins. FHC-L occupies 1st floor. FHC approves revised Bylaws. CPSN approves Procedural Manual | FHC/CPSN celebrate 20 years in Ecuador. Playground erected FHC-L. Brent Bourdeau retires as FHC bookkeeper and asst. Jerry Mogab assumes resp. as bookkeeper.
