FHC's Board of Directors: Clark Vaughn, CEO, has served in this capacity since the incorporation of For His Children in 1990.  Clark was an attorney for 15 years in California.  He is Founder and co-Director of For His Children’s programs in Ecuador. Melinda Vaughn is co-Director of For His Children in Ecuador and is one of its founders.  She is the legal representative and President of For His Children's Ecuadorian non-profit counterpart, "Corporación Para Sus Niños".
Mark Yeadon joined FHC's Board of Directors in 1998.  Mark is Executive Director of Children's Ministries for Compassion International in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Mark spent eight years in Quito as Compassion's Latin America Director.  During this time he and his wife served as foster parents for For His Children.  Mark and Teri live in Colorado Springs and have four children.
Carol Wambeke also has first-hand knowledge of the ministry of FHC as she and her (Ecuadorian) husband lived in Quito for a number of years.  Carol and Augusto have two daughters, both adopted from Ecuador.  Their first daughter was cared for at FHC.  Carol and her family live in McLean, Virginia.  She joined the FHC Board in 2001. Carter Newbold joined the Board in 2006. He and his family live near Chattanooga, TN, where he is a partner in the investment firm of Rutabaga Capital Management. On one of his church's mission team trips to FHC he met Tatiana and now, he, his wife Beth and their three children are her sponsors in FHC's Child Sponsorship Program. FHC Board members do not receive compensation for their service on the Board.
